Quite difficult to be detailed as your additional framing has left quite a small shot.

I like the compositional elements, the sky and the light. I think it might be possible to bring out just a little more detail in the dark areas of the foreground.

I tried to open this in CS5 and a pop-up informed me:
"Embedded ICC profile cannot be used. Profile is invalid. Ignore profile."
So I did, opened it anyway and it was immediately far lighter than the original. I've just made a further slight adjustment using shadows/highlights.

I like it dark - don't think you need the detail here - the character of the place is it's deep heavy shadows. I like it - with just a little darkening in the top left corner which is a bit of an eye puller.
