Hi Malcolm,i seemed to know this was yours in the gallery, lovely textural lead in,and that vast expanse of water over to the rugged hills beyond with the brilliant reflections in between.Brilliant colours/tones,detail,exposure,lighting and presentation.Amazing scenery.Take care.AnnSmile

Super capture Malcolm, the reflections and comp are excellent.I like the lighting with the cloudy sky.

bleak is right malcolm, none the less you've turned it into a cracking shot, fabulous foreground detail, a good feeling of depth, a very moody sky, simply superb.

I love moody and brooding looking images of the Lake District, and this is just that. All the textures and tones of the rocks in the forground are wonderful too.

Lovely colours and that sky is very... active! I'm glad I'm not up there! Very well caught!

Thanks Malcolm; good moody shot. You've got me all excited again about that place. It's fast coming round to my March visit up there.
