Well since it's new years eve and all that jazz I thought I'd break out the bling........

(The only thing I want in 2012 is a mask as pretty as this one that actually fits my over-sized face!!!!)

Well I thought I'd make an effort Smile

Actually now I'm drinking wine and making a papier mache mask - whether the mask will work or not who knows but I thought I'd get a few layers done now so it'll be dry by morning. It's a messy game......

I was just going to suggest making your own mask.
I have lots of fancy masks from Venice and must get round to hanging them back up.

Happy new year to you and woody and the gang.

Regards Steve.

Thanks everyone Smile

The mask isn't dry enough yet to put more layers of paper on so it'll be some time before I find out if it's any good. I do have a mould of my face that will one day be turned into a base for mask making but it's up in Edinburgh so not much use to me there Smile it was fun doing it - lying on the floor whilst my sister layered plaster bandages over a layer of clingfilm - with a small girl finding it all very amusing and a springer/lab puppy jumping on my stomach. I must ask her if she took any photos.......
