Hi Pauline,I can't help with the id,the centre made me think of a clematis but i have never seen one that colour/tones before and it is my favourite colour too,Royal Blue.It's like a beautiful sky behind a centre.Amazing composition.Take care.AnnSmile

I would go for Clematis too but like Ann I have not seen one with such an intense colour.
