Not sure what type, can't find it in book.
Very frustrating to photograph - I had the camera set up wrong, got in too close for the macro (odd, no out of focus warning - so probably pressed shutter too quickly). One out of eight useable....

thank-you. The my book shows the Holly Blue underwing, not very helpful in this case as my shots of the underwings were totally out of focus and the butterfly did not stay around long. Still, it was accommodating of it to land on a complementary (or close to?) coloured flower.
