ahem, the aka 'courtesy' of my better half.
Finally had a little more light on my bird garden yesterday so allowed myself an hour in the big-green-petrol-guzzling-hide.
Enjoyed a whole bevy of visitors (Wren, LTT, LRP, Nuthatch etc as well as all of the daily visitors) but didn't photograph all as some simply would not sit where i wanted or there was temporary clould cover killing the light...
Many many moons ago i owned a cheap print of some juvenile birds sitting on a twig. It was not great but i liked it and was the inspiration for this manipulation - attempting to blend 3 images to make this.

This is a cracker, Phil.
To get three together and all looking the same way is some achievement.
A superb BG too.
Colin
A great capture and a very commercial image for sure
Cracker of a shot.I do however believe that you might consider a less tight crop. The bird upper left of shot seems to be competing for space with the border.Just an opinion though

Many thanks to all for votes, awards and of course comments - i can see the argument for the additional space on the left but the 420mm focal length (fixed) meant that i had little space to begin with - and i believe that more space on the left would unbalance (or rather centralise) the image as i do not have the luxury of more space available on the right.
