Taken yesterday during a visit to Brixham to see the photgraphic competition entries at the library. We decided to take our cameras with just one lens each and left the rest of the gear at home. I'm glad we didn't leave the cameras as well because there was a heritage festival going on!

We took lots of pics of that, then just walked along the harbour where I took this one. The weather was cloudy but bright with just a touch of misty rain in the air.

Ah, the smelly inner harbour of my place of birth. Now if you wander across the fish quay from here you can get a quick pint in the Rising Sun (if it hasn't been closed down yet!), one of the haunts of my mis-speant youth. :o)

Nice colours on the boats, may have cropped a bit closer to avoid the pram dinghy at the top.

Lovely composition with nice contrasty colours... Well spotted! The black mud really worked in your favour! Spot-on details... Lovely shot, well caught!
