I don't know what to make of this chap, I don't understand why anyone would want to put themselves through this, it must be so painful. Well captured, it certainly stirred up emotions when I saw it, which is what photography is all about. Thanks for your comments on my "Girl in Torn Dress". The comments about the eyes is fair, I have already modified my original to lighten the eyes and you were right, it does have more impact so thanks for that.
