Yes Sarah has some great pictures, we have meet a few times but this was a camera club, hoping to soon plan epz meet there again.

You know the obvious minuses to this one but in terms of composition I would generally attempt to get the whole of the top of the castle in the reflection.

I really don't like having to click on a tab to get mods. They should be there with the base shot as standard.

Mod2 is the way to go. There is nothing wrong with your image other than the lighting which is simply not conducive to a decent image. Ideally shoot with better lighting, whatever that is, but Mod2 does show what an image editor can do in salvage mode!
