I adjusted the white balance in Lightroom which took some of the saturation out of the sunset.
Then on to CS5.
I lassoed the whole of the black bit at the bottom and adjusted shadows/highlights, levels, brightness and contrast in varying degrees.
Then I cropped to remove some of the foreground and (hopefully!) improve the balance of the shot.
Finally I straightened it using a ruler across the horizon.
Hope it's OK.
