Visited St Fagans museum of Welsh life today, great place loads to shoot. Whilst looking at the various houses spanning several hundred years of Welsh history i came into one with these bowls sat in the early morning sun. I took three shots trying to compensate for low light surrounding this pool of sunlight. I loved the warm tones of the old oak table and these bowls, im pleased with the result but gutted that there are two blown highlights in the middle of each bowl.
Any advice on how i could have compensated for this would be much appreciated. I have not really done much still life, but this has piqued my interest.
Again thanks for looking and CC much appreciated.

fantastic tones. This has a really warm feel to it. Very well spotted composition.
Sorry I don't know how you could solve the two overexposed highlights.
