Taking a break in their playing. This was taken in Palm Springs. I don't seem to have time to take to take any pictures. When it's not raining I'm weeding and pruning and any other time its raining.

Excellent detailing. The clarity on the instrument is wonderful with the starburst effect
Love this sort of shot - an I know it's not easy to isolate a musician in a band! A good character shot.

A fine candid, Sandy, suits the mono treatment. As said above, the little starbust from the sun enhances the shot

B&W plus HDR Sandy? Makes his instrument stand out, that's for sure
Brass musical instruments are great photo opportunities and give a world of possibilities. Good tight focus on the individual to pick him out from the rest of the orchestra.
