Good pic, and well exposed. However I feel that the tress either side of the waterfall are slightly distracting. You couldn't crop them out because then it would look too thin, so maybe you could darken them or blur them in photoshop? Just a suggestion, others may disagree.
Well composed, great shot!
Hi Rodd,I like this b/w work, waterfall, textures and detail.I am going to try and do a mod hope you don't mind.Take care.Ann
Ann, you go girl!
Hi Rodd, this is a good pic and think I can see what you had wanted to achieve. I don`t find the tree`s distracting but think they add to the picture and kind of frame the bridge and flowing water. Think a little selective lighting and darkening could help, maybe darken the trees. lighten the rocks and bridge and boost the contrast a little in the water.
Had a go at a mod and played arround with what I had just said.
Very effective blk & whtite interesting composition..Judith
Like this one Rodd . A nice quiet corner and a slow shutter speed to soften the water . Nice one xx
Thank you for all the comments and mods Ann, Matt, & Paul. I love them!
