Hi Andy, welcome to epz, with a good first upload too.
I might suggest though that since the bridge is fairly uninteresting and adds little to the shot i personally would have concentrated on those swirls alone from that position.
I have noticed that if you can move downstream a bit there would be a good composition that includes the arches and the interesting 4 black circular pieces of iron with the swirls giving an excellent foreground.
