First of all, I must apologise again for my absence on EPZ....I am going through major changes in my life at the moment, nothing bad, quite the opposite, but events have left me with very little time to use my camera, or to get online. I hope normal 'service ' will be resumed in the next few weeks.
This shot is from a Saturday evening shoot with my brother to Deeping St. James, on the border of Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire. We lived in the village from the early 1950's to the late 70's.
This stone pack horse bridge, which straddles the Welland dates from 1651.

Currently the e2 photo: and a beautiful composition it is, the bridge bathed in warm evening sunshine and sandwiched between the trunks. Even an interesting f/g with the tree root and daisies in the bank.
