Please take your pick as I cannot decide which I prefer.
Both versions taken on a Nikon 55-200 lens I very rarely use.
Definitely V.2 for me, Rock, a much more natural colour and a lovely presentation. Carol
V1 but only because V2 appears to have something on it's petals. But I love V2's colour. Both beautiful though.
V2 is probably the better image though I love v1 but it dose look a tad over exposed. Still lovely shot.
Thank you all my friends for the info.
V2 by a mile.
They'll have to share the vote Rock.
v1 is bright and in your face, Rock, v2 much more subtle. Thanks for your comment... had a great time back in the 'ole county'.
Well I like 'em both for different reasons. I like V2 because the subject matter is presented in a more natural way even though you have got that fantastic colour change in the background and I like V1 because it is bold and dramatic in terms of colour and colour contrast.
I am currently trying to get to grips with background colour changes, pleased to say that I was successful with one image that had a plain background, but sadly, totally failed on another image which did not have a plain background, so I still have work to do. Hence the reason I appreciate all images where background changes have been successful.
2 Great shos Rock, love V2 spot on.
really lovely colours really stands out
V2 for me the colours are not quite so bright, I had to don my shades to view v1!
