Hi all. Well as it hasn't stopped Raining here since Saturday Night, plus feeling rather chilly, it's been a right Royal washout around these parts, with most people staying in yesterday to watch the fantastic Thames Event on TV, which is exactly what I did too. Unless you where there in London, there really wasn't much point in going out anyway. But the atmosphere there must've been amazing, and certainly brighten'd up not only a gloomy Day Weather wise, but also the gloom that seems to be hanging over the Country at the moment. I shall be watching the Concert tonight like Millions of other's, and having another Drink or two to wash away the gloomy blues. Must'nt over do it today though, as Yesterday started with Port & Brandy to warm up, then Lager later, followed by Red Wine in the Evening
Yep, the Bar can open at ANY time in our House ![]()
A big thanks to all who've voted and commented on my 'Purely Instrumental' upload Yesterday, glad you liked some of the characters in it

All the best to all,

Really like how you have presented V1, simple, a very effective composition A great set all round
V1 is an absolute star, John, though I rather fancy the vessel in V4 too.
I'm afraid I showed my republican Defiance yesterday by going for a long walk to photograph some scarecrows yesterday afternoon. Mind you, the Pernod and the red wine still went down a treat in the evening ![]()
Regards
Bill
Good to see you flying the flag in "Defiance" John and that you not letting the miserable weather get you down
Quote: Yes,a shame about the wash out weather John.
And I think your stomach will need a wash out after your mix of drinks !!
Good coloured set.
Mick.

The rain has just come to us - it's been windy and blustery so far, but without the wet stuff - now we have the whole kit and kaboodle.
V1 is a particularly satisfying composition.
Anne
Following viewing this series a number of times John - I’m going for V1 as my favourite. That red, white, and blue flag, blowing in the wind against that super sky works a real treat for me.
Smashing.
Dave.
