Yet another early morning image of the Buckle from our trip to the Glencoe area last month. Got another week off coming up soon so hoping to get some new images then.

Many thanks for your votes and comments on my recent uploads. They really are much appreciated. And special thanks to Trev (TrevBatWCC) and Ann (AnnChown) for their User Awards on Glen Etive Rainbow.

The summit almost lost too but not quite: very interesting f/g detail with the red granite, autumn tones and heather clumps all adding warmth .

Another cracking image, Sue, such a wonderful range of colours, and a super sky, with just enough cloud hanging over the top of the mountain Smile

A real belter, Sue. The cloud encircling the top of the moumtain makes this, together with the composition.

Superb sky and composition. Clearly Glencoe hasn't had the rainfall we've 'enjoyed' in S. Wales!
