I thought this was knarled wood from the thumbnail......so this was a real surprise!

I've been wondering, fungus--odd piece of drift wood--the thumb is so interesting--would never have guessed burned plastic bags-- What a great eye you have for the unique!

I tried and couldn't work out the plastic bag Smile This must be what abstract is all about. Just beautiful and outstanding! Thank you for being the first to greet me on my first posting.

This is looking at the end of a roll of plastic bags. Before any individual bags are torn off the roll, if you look at the roll end-on, you see a series of concentric rings. In this case, the fire has made the roll wrinkle up and has discoloured the plastic (they were white bags originally). Smile
