The bare limestone landscape of north County Clare is a magical place for the landscape photographer. A unique ecosystem about 70 miles west of here that I'm sure to revisit in the winter light. This image was taken on a showery day in the Caher Valley. A paradise for b/w landscape photography.

Excellent composition which gets better the larger the size it is viewed at. I didn't even spot the people until I read Eric's comment above.

Don't usually go for B+W, but this really does depict the vastness and eeriness of the Burren. Do you live near there?

A good strong shot well seen and the black and white does it justice...give us an email (address to be found on my home page) just before you come to Rome, I should be at home and it would be good to meet.
