Cheating with photoshop.
The silhouette was a bit boring as a black & white image. A search of my files provided a shot from which I could copy the moon & sky to use as a background.
I think the birds are cormorants. I don't know if they would roost high up in a tree during the night. A small detail, I still like the final effect.
