As you can see the house and the tower are the main objectives in this Pictures. I darkend the upper corners a bit, everything else is pretty much unchanged.

A fine clean architectural pictorial record. Darkening corners works for me. I always emphasise fill the frame but I might have taken a couple of steps back here and included a bit more foreground and sides.

A perfect record of the cafe, Sebastian, and nothing really wrong with the composition and amount of detail.
I can't help wanting to see someone sitting on one of those seats with a cup of tea, or someone about to venture through the green wooden door.
To be picky, the verticals are slightly out, and I've rectified that in my modification.
I agree with Paul about stepping back because, although your subjects are the house and tower, they are a little tight in the frame, and a bit more of the surrounding area would give them some breathing space. Also done in the modification, just for you to see the difference it makes.
