Has a kind of wistful look.
Good colour composition.
A little blown out above the nose ?
Unusual to have a head in centre of a rectangle, works for me.

I like the lighting and the use of the dark background, though a square or portrait format would be better suited.

Great control of lighting, I know what you mean about the crop, my suggestion would be to leave the same size frame but move her across, and add some black on the far right, and lose some on the left.

A great portrait, I like the posing and expression of the model. I think cropping off say 15-20% from the left would help the composition to give the model space to look into.
