Difficult to capture so good effort. Sadly this is not sharp and looks like a bit of camera shake so I guess handheld on the long end of the lens. Always worth trying to keep the shutter speed above the equivalent focal length to help keep the image stabilised ie @ 300mm need to be faster than 1/300s as a rule of thumb.

Composition is good although need to clone out the branch as it is distracting and although a natural function I would be inclined to clone out the fact that this fella is taking a leak.

Good eye contact and overall composition just some work to do at the time of capture.
