excellent composition, the bends draw you in towards the horizon where they meet those in the sky
both versions are great... looking at yesterdays image there is a fair amount going on in that beautiful sky, how about a crop the other way and putting the horizon nearer the bottom third (if it will go) and see how that looks?
Either way a great capture!
I'm noticing more detail here - particularly the way the cloud shadows and reflections add more interest to those wonderful ripples in the sand.
