Snapped this through the car window from about 10 metres away, he (or she) was just staring blankly at me with a bit of a Kenneth Williams face..

Good, isn't it ! ?
Shooting through the window probably didn't do you any favours but there's actually a pretty good shot in there. It just needs a little help!
At first glance, this looks slightly over exposed although I rather think that the effect is caused by the window.
The whites on his (her?) nose are blown but not lost forever.
I've added a mod. in which I've pushed the vibrance (quite a lot) and made a very quick tweak using the shadows/highlights tool.
Hopefully, you'll think it's an improvement!
Bren.
Edit; I sharpened it slightly too.
What a fantastic pose and great timing!
A few small tweaks can improve it; the colour is a little cool overall, - a little warmer looks better to me at least; tone down the whites over the nose as Bren suggests; sharpen a little.; and for a better composition, add some space to the right as in the mod.
Regards
Willie
