A flash photo taken yesterday mid evening on the forest floor as the light was fading: other than cropping to square format, applying a delicate vignette and adding a border, the image is straight from camera.
I am not sure of I have identified this wild flower correctly as Campion.
My thanks for the comments on Last Light......your time and attention is much appreciated.
Ronnie.

Red campion, silene dioica, see it here.
Fantastic detail, Ronnie, and the flash has worked really well, highlighting every little hair.
Stunning detail Ronnie, the flash has worked a treat, not sure if the flower in the background is needed in the composition as it detracts from the beauty of the main flower.

Trev.
On a page of very good thumbnails. I drill in directly to this image... No wonder! A visual delight! TG
the flash has done its work so well here Ronnie and has brought great light to the dark side bringing out some very fine detail and leaving great texture in the petals fine work POD ![]()
