I like the shooting angle on this one and the treatment. However I do think the background is very cluttered especially on the RH rear of the car.
I also realise that there are times when you just have to take the shot you are given so you cannot always control background.
Personally dont like the treatment, and agree withthe clutter.
Theres a good tutorial on EPZ TV where you can learn how to extract the entire can and place it on another background:
