For me an image of a waterfall captured the way it is meant to be captured. One can still enjoy the sight of the cascading waters without it being a milky mess. "Superb"

That series of falls just demands it be isolated from the surrounding scene, making an image in it's own right as you have done here, Dougie, and you have captured the water movement just as I like it, avoiding that milky flow one often sees.
Ronnie.

Crystal clear just like the water Dougie and with the slightest hint of colour. Too cold for toe dipping methinks! Smile

I agree with Nathan Dougie.I do not like to see the water too ''milky''
Just spoils the effect I think.
It is like a guy at my local.
He always insists on the best malt whiskies, and then fills it with LEMONADE.
Another example of spoiling the effect I feel !!
Mick.

Just enough movement in the water. I like the way the water travels to all parts of the frame.Smile

The right choice of shutter speed Dougie but you already knew that.

This says to me - lovely cold mountain stream, great for dabbling the hot sweaty feet Grin. Like the water movement. Moira

Interesting choice of shutter speed. Conveys the drama nicely.
