After reading an article about doing split conversions and how effective they can be I thought I'd give it a try.
This is a split conversion of a previous upload.I quite like it as I feel it brings out the highlights & detail of the FG ..........I would be interested to hear your views.
Thanks for looking and please try to view LARGE & F11 for detail.
The thumbnail jumps off the page. Superbly processed. Beautiful comp and great colours.

Lovely light & shade.
Light and shade is superb.
Super this one Jane - well done!
I went to Split on my holidays - didn't look anything like this, all built-up and busy, much prefer your conversion of it.
Seriously though, lovely contrast and detail.
One Of My Favorite Shots Nice Job.
Fabulous light on the hills here Janie. I might have burnt the f/g rocks a little to darken them up to balance the dark sky and shadow area.
A lovely scene - good light and processing
Nice one, Jane!
agree with MalcolmS comment with a slight darkening of the foreground as it tends to dominate, the shadows are really nice it just needs a tiny bit more balance
