Just a little dark and 'flat' - a little post processing would bring out the colours and details. I don't know what you used to take this image, but I'm glad to see you didn't use flash when you were so close to its eyes. Smile

the original photo was brighter, I made it darker in post processing to exalt the contrast between dark grey and white Wink

This photo is really good, I like it Smile I do agree with Karen though it's a little dark and it's quite hard to see the eyes, the eyes should be the main focus, here I think because of the darkness it's the nose. To emphasise the eyes I'd lighten the picture, so you can see the pupil.
