for me the cats waiting for their supper makes a smashing picture, but they need to be the focus of the pic, so i've cropped to emphasise them and losing the distracting rock. also your horizon is abit off dipping to the right. if you get the chance i'd zoom in on them more to get better definition of the cats.lesley
Great image, like the story too. The diagonal composition with the harbour walls in the top third really helps to make the image. Nice work.

Horizon does need straightening, but for me, the angler being on the right and looking right is never going to work regardless of any other mod - than a drastic crop - the portrait format crop is quite good.
The interest is the man and the cats - the scene is not very strong. The really cracking image here is a frame filler of just angler and cats - even better if he was holding a fish and the cats were all begging.
