Beautifully captured Ed, they seem to have had a really good year.
Stunning clarity on this beauty Ed, have uploaded a mod with brightness and contrast adjusted and dark vignette added to corners, hope you approve.
Regards
Trev.
That thistle has seen better days, Ed, unlike the pristine butterfly using it as a resting place... or as a restaurant?
Malc
The thistle has a dried out look to it anway Malc, this type is found on chalk grassland. Many thanks for the user award Sylvia, it was a most unexpected surprise and is greatly appreciated coming from such a talented wildlife photographer as yourself.
Many thanks for all your comments and clicks, they are much appreciated, Ed
Lovely detail and texture in this wonderful capture.
Well done. WesternRed.
