Chamomile or camomile is the common name for several daisy-like plants of the family Asteraceae that are commonly used to make a herb infusion that can help to induce sleep. It is well known in Greece since ancient time for its therapeutic capacity in soften gripe effects by drinking it as a tea.

We have a very similar looking plant in the UK, corn camomile, but widespread herbicide use means it's not seen much these days.
