A great image..
I think it a little flat on colour..
May be move end on leavels could boost darks and colours...

A little contrast as mentioned by Dave; reduce noise, and a square crop, with some space added at top to lower the eyes works very well with this. Its really due to the light not being great, not anything youve done.
