Hey, people Smile

Here’s me wishing all EPZers and EPZ a 2012 filled with new beginnings and warming light. And, of course, the best of health.

The old health problems reared its ugly head a while back which is why I haven’t uploaded for a while. Then soon enough it was the week before Christmas and there were just so many things to tend to. Speaking of which, a Merry (albeit belated) Christmas to everyone!

ChiliMan will be resuming normal service soon Wink

I’ll visit your portfolios then.

In the meantime, off I go to christen my 2012 diary and write out detailed (but not too many) resolutions I intend to keep this time. A friend’s friend told her that if you give the resolution precision/detail, you are more likely to keep it. So I was thinking that instead of jotting down “Exercise More” (or in my case, ‘Start Exercising’), it would be better to say something like “Do 20 ab crunches before dinner”. For starters, anyway.

SO…along those lines, I’m gonna go construct a – hopefully watertight – resolution list. Wish me luck, people Smile

A.

Superb lines shown to their best in B&W.
May your NY's resolution stay with you and outline the abs just as well - - -

An excellent leaf mono, Andrew, and nice to hear from you again. I have been wondering what happened to you and hope your health is improving now. That exercise regime will help. I've not even thought about any resolutions, I must be too perfectSmile.

love the mono with its coils and twists, reminds me of jack and the beanstalk..... so sorry to hear your problem has flared up again, I really hope you can get it under control with your new diary to help. Look forward to hearing how you are getting on.

Love this, it's like a couple embracing.

That's good news, and much more positive than 20 ab crunches. Take care.

Always glad to hear from you, Andrew, and especially today Smile
Some years ago I came up with an entirely new resolution, guaranteed infallible and offered unreservedly and free of charge:

Put simply: NEVER MAKE ANY RESOLUTIONS Smile

Lovely b&w image here: the killer is the thin silver leaf-edge meandering down the frame on the opposing diagonal to the 'main' image. Fabulous!

Have a good 'un!
Regards
Bill

What a fine image.
I am anti-resolution.....they never work except to make the resolutionist feel guiltySmile
Have a Happy New Year, with wishes for improved health and load of photo ops.

Never have and never will make resolutions, sio can say in all honesty I've never broken mine..........20 ab crunches seems painfull to me, cause Iv'e never exercised either, see how easy it is to sail through life when you have no guilt thing to worry about Grin
Sorry to see the health hasn't been so good again Andrew, hope the new year gives you a new start in better health, with or without any physical activity, best wishes!
Rgds., Jim
PS. Sorry Andrew, nearly forgot to say what a fine image you have here.

I love this beautiful image, Andrew. So glad to see you back with us. Good luck with those resolutions! Personally gave up this idea many years ago as I know I won't keep to them anyway.

No idea why your pf has vanished from my Favourites but have added you again. By the way, this image was the Featured E2 Photo just now.

Good mono working here.
A fine shot.
And my biggest failing is I have no will power,
so no resolutions for me !!
