A collage of images taken over the last 18 months of The Church of St. Peter and St. Paul at Sheinton in Shropshire.
A couple of photography friends, including Richard(DixClix) and I have been working on the theme of 'Churches' and this is a small selection of some of my pictures.
I was particularly attracted to this church by the wooden bell tower which uses wattle and daub for the in-fills between the oak framework.
I think it dates back about 500 years; it has had several extensions and re-furbishments.
I visited it last week and another major refurb is currently taking place; I was able to climb up the spiral staircase into the bell tower to take a few pics!
Many appreciative thanks for all views, votes and comments on my 'Gazania' upload!
Enjoy the rest of the day,
