Hello

At the weekend and wandering round a boot fair I found a Nikon F401 camera and a couple of lenses. Whilst the 100-300 lens is ok, the Nikon Nikkor 35 - 70 mm I was very impressed with ! This is one of the first shots, straight out the camera and uploaded a little cider rose bud in our garden.

I urge large and for window users f11 and ctrl+ ..... for mac user large and cmd+

Good evening Colin and Mari... a lovely upload.... very nearly put one up very similar but went for the poppy bud instead lol!! a gorgeous rose... bet it will be a stunner once it opens up!!..

Well it takes a good Scott to find a bargain, and then to put it to such good use..what a great rose bud, is it really called a cider rose? Hic!

Good clean image and as you have found the older nikon lens, has loads of punch-I picked up a newish 18-55 DX Lens for very little cash....but it's not upto the standard of detail, of my old 35-135 AF nikkor.
Anyways; I think you have another great image there colin.
