I've done a bit of night / blue hour work so I'd like to offer the following:-

Nice tones in the sunset and sky, nicely exposed and nice lines of the bridge. However the shot is a tad on the soft side (especially around the tower on the rhs). I'd recommend shooting this with a smaller apeture, around f11-13 on a rock solid tripod with cable release and use a longer shutter speed. This would help with front to back sharpness and also give you the great starburst effects on the streetlights you see in night shots.

Regarding the composition I'd crop out the crenalations in the fg which do not add anything. If you cannot get these out the shot with the camera on a tripod then get a bean bag rest (wildlife toggers kit) and place it on the ledge and get the shot like that. Finaly the horizon is on a slant and needs a couple of degrees down to the right.

It has a lot of potential this shot. It may need a couple of revisits before you nail it.

This is the fifth time youve uploaded this image, and the fourth time in the critique Gallery. can you tell us whats different to the last upload, - have you tried some different processing, etc so we have something to go on?
