This spring I uploaded a photo of the Clintonia flowers, and mentioned that an alternate name is blue-bead lily. Several requested seeing a photo of the berries, so here you are. They aren't edible, in fact are mildly toxic.

How interesting...,Joline. I have never see this before..Generally speaking, human beings perhaps learned that blue colour is toxic, maybe that's why some old pharmacy bottles were blue colour, if it was dangerous or toxic.. it is also amusing when I see somebody drinks blue coloured drink.. you just think..err.. they are poisioning themselves![]()
