A photo taken in Finland, its a Willow Grouse, a male. He's what they call a rogue, on his own, wouldnt let anyone or anything near him. He chased them all away,so cute, I loved his sound with his calling.

Superb shot Jenny.

Interested that you described the bird as a willow grouse. I tend to favour the taxonomic view that ptarmigan, willow grouse and red grouse are all geographic races of the same species - but others might disagree.
