we occasionally get a model in and set up a mock 'studio' for our local camera club. unfortunately after helping the less experienced with settings etc there is only ever time for one 'grab shot'
issues we face with members are numerous including -
- being determined to shoot when not their turn and as such without radio triggers
- shooting across the backdrop thus having all manner of rubbish in the background
- in image such as this, not taking account of shooting angle and ending up with 'shoe ears'
- ignoring shutter speed advice and trying to shoot faster than the lights
it's a challenge
for anyone interested but not experienced, i do have an 'idiot guide' available
