Silver and apricot light, adds a sort of magic. Industry can look so beautiful.

Most of the work you can see in this is flats for the wealthy amongst us, the SECC and the Science Centre are the two unusually shaped buildings and the flat box is the BBC Glasgow HQ, and on the left of the river is a Hotel. Not much industry along the Clyde these days.

I remember Fraser showing a shot here at this time of day and I keep promising myself an early rise for such a view, but have never managed as yet.
There have been huge changes along the waterfront over recent decades from shipping to domestic/leisure interests.
The early morning colours and their reflections in the still waters have been beautifully captured, Dougie, and full marks for the early start to the day.
Ronnie.

Just goes to show how beautiful Glasgow can be. Love the colours in the sky here Dougie.
My Dad used to work in Brown's shipyard when I was a child, and my Granda used to take me on the ferry at Govan - just for the ride TongueGrin. Happy days. Moira

Looks like you used the day well, that knocked on your window. Super capture of the river and the town,

Very Turneresque sky adds wuite a bit of drama to the scene.
