This image of Cobham Church was captured a little while ago now whilst out and about with my Support Worker. Cobham has many connections with Charles Dickens, so much so that the curate actually asked me for £15.00 before I had a chance to press the shutter.

I had a lovely day out yesterday, my Turkish haircut and shave was brilliant so much so that I came out feeling and looking 3 weeks younger.

I hope that you all have a great day ahead we are forecasted 18 hours of snow. Julie's school will be closing at 12:30 in order that staff can get home. "This never happened when I was teaching?"

Take care and keep warm

Regards Nathan

I love Dickens' characters and I like this shot a lot. The colour of the clouds is matching the colour of the church and the gravestones so well. The silly question is, is the colour of the clouds natural or worked to be so to achieve a nice overall tone?

Gorgeous image well worth the £15 but fancy that! Bit of a shock to be approached by the curate asking for money even though the church is steeped in history, I have never heard of this before and certainly has never happened to me, I have photographed many churches, must have picked the cheap onesWink well done Nathan

£15.00 is outrageous Nathan, all the Cathedrals I have photographed only ask for a donation, the most being £5.00 and they ask why people are stopping going to church, any way mate a stunner of a photograph and the processing superb, glad you enjoyed your haircut and shave, had the same done in London some years ago and I came out £25.00 lighter.
