This wa a frosty scene on my walk across Dunstable Downs and I tried to capture the effect of the frost.
Focal length 36mm
Exposure: 1/160 @ f/14

Liking the blue of this, nice work.
This is very blue, but the top left says correct exposure, so it looks like deep shadow has given this effect. You must have done a bit of work to it, but I actually rather like it. Our eyes would correct if viewing the actual scene and we would never see it this blue. Effective.
Unless you deliberately applied a blue toning, or set the white balance manually to add blue, this is very much too blue.
The exposure is correct for the sky only, and underexposed for the snow, so this could have been a bracketed shot that you would combine on photoshop to get BOTH sky and snow.
However, in your shot settings you dont indicate an exposure compensation of +1, - which you should have used for the vast majority of the scene, and then ended up with an overbright sjy.
I have uploaded a mod somewhat like a dual exposure, one sky, one snow.
