What a good looking but vain bird. Hovering there just so you could make that excellent image. TG
Thanks Tony & Lavina, you might be surprised to find out it was 150ft away when I took the shot and was shot from my bed shooting through my closed double glazing.
Smack dab in the middle of the frame and not filling it either, but observing those so-called rules would have spoiled it by not making the most of the delicate gradation of the background sky. This shot does that and more.
