Well you coudn't have expected me of all people to have not taken a portrait version as well.
Promise this is the last one.
Oh wow, don't you just love those big clouds! Absolutely supurb.
a big bloody WOW for this, I can't believe how good that sky is
Portrait? Of course! Just as wonderful!
A triple wow from me, fantastic clouds.
That's flippin brilliant, down there for a week beginning of August. Cant wait...
Blimey, that sky is incredible, great shot...jojo
Amazing , fantastic in this format,
I better not say Wow...but that's exactly what comes to mind. Must have been a task to get teh right exposure...awesome shot.
Wow what fantastic clouds! Brilliant.
Holy cow! That's a hell of a cloud... Absolutely stunning composition. Well done. That should get an RC easily imho.

Wonderful Outstanding Weather shot....yep a very big WOW indeed!!
awesome really awe inspiring
I think I like this one best
What great clouds, a fantastic shot.
Got to admit Kris you have an art for breaking the rules of photography and making it work well and this is another that works really well.
many thanks all; much appreciate you comments.
Amazing clouds, like it a lot!
The comp is much better on this version.
Good grief. Never has a sky looked so intimidating, nor the landscape below looked so intimidated. Inspiring stuff, Kris.
What a cracking shot love the cloud formation & the hill with the track leading you right to the top is great
a well taken & seen image
Even more impressive
now that´s THE SKY I want!!
Wow Kris, thats some stunning cloud formation going on here.Cracking.
Best of the three for me
Which ever way you look at. that's one hell of a cloud formation.
This the best IMO...
cheers again all.
< Don't expect it to do much better 'tho with the Boyd and Henson epic going on next door.
flippin eck that's low for a cumulus!
Thought it was some sort of volcanic activity at first, superb shot !
Wow thats superb. Paul
Cheers again all.
The whole line of them were very low but I'm quite low down and got the camera angled up. The stack also looks more vertical because of the long lens; not the usual 'coming back over your head' distortion you'd get with a wide angle.
Strong composition and that's one hell of a sky!
thank you kindly.
Brilliant version too........I like it even more than the landscape version, absolutely love that cloud
Now that has some impact
Cheers you two.
Blimey Kris, that is some cloud formation!! Just love this one as well as the l/scape version being a bit of a cloud fan
