...sunshine, ice & frosty powdery snow, what more can you ask for? Maybe a coffee stall nearby?
Loch Tulla this morning, despite the weather forecast.
Great colours, great composition as crisp as the temperature was, I expect!

Oh Yes !
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL !!!!!!
A must for a 30 plusser....terrific.
You keep turning them out day after day. Don't know how you can be bothered Dougie. You put us young ones to shame.
There's not much stoor (dust) on your boots my friend.
Superb Dougie, love those reflections in the patch of water.
A beautiful expression of physical coldness.
Quote: despite the weather forecast
We were promised a few showers this morning to be replaced by sunshine this afternoon. It snowed all morning and froze over this afternoon....................
Fabulously cold, Snow Queen territory.
Beautiful image again Dougie
Beautiful reflections and just love the blue hues. Paul
Pristine. A joy to behold Dougie.
Lovely, crisp clean shot with super light. Chaz.
A perfect day for photography!
Wonderful light, scenery, and reflection Dougie.
Beautiful image Dougie. The bright blue perfectly conveys the cold. I really like the way that the snow covered bank cuts through the image at the bottom as well.
Crisp clean shot with super light spot on
Lovely shot, beautiful clarity from one of my favourite places.
such clarity..gorgeous work
A beautiful scene Dougie.
I don't think iI have ever seen L. Tulla looking as clear as this, Dougie. Clear, crisp and sharp, fabulous winter colours and amazing reflections.
Perfect back garden Dougie ! Rain here in London ! Ron.

Morning Tom, I think it will be, this was taken yesterday Tues 2nd Feb.
Hi Dougie, great shot as usual........ colours are amazing - I need to upgrade !!
Lovely light and colours in this Dougie the contours of the different layers of the scene link nicely.
Beautifully crisp and clear, Dougie.
Crisp and very well composed, beautiful winter clear colour,
How the distant mountains stand out against that clear blue sky is wonderful. Love the miror reflections of the trees in the loch.
Stunning composition and large really is a nust. The clarity in the image is amazing.....from the blues tones to those green pines - a masterclass. When I return Loch Tulla will be my 1st and last stopping place methinks.
Many thanks Alan for your comments as you walked through the last few images on Rannoch Moor. I spend a lot of time here and know where to lookm the unexpected has to be grasped, but that's years of working in newspaper photography, the image may only exist for a blink.
All the best
