The lighting pose and composed image is excellent, the only problem as with your other cut outs is the sharp edge around the hair and some parts are showing the original photo through the hair, also now the man seems to be floating in the air, this is a difficult one to work on because of the black background there is nothing there to anchor the man in the frame, a shadow would do this, the blur tool run around the edge of the hair would help, this is a big improvement on your other cut outs, this critique is hopefully taken as intended, to help you.
