Just returned from a few days in North Wales and Snowdonia. Managed to bag some decent light at times too.

This one was one of the last ones I took whilst away. This was taken about 30 minutes after sunset and taken when the ambient light levels had just dropped down enough to allow the castle lights to show up effectively. The ravines running through the mud flats made for some lovely foreground interest.

Cheers for looking in,
Paul

They did indeed. Lovely view and great timing on your part.

Cheers Lynne, we were actually at this location for the best part of three hours capturing the changing light conditions ... although this was pretty much the shot I had envisaged from the outset Smile

The channels provide a great lead in to the focal point Paul. Like the cool tones with the castle providing a warm contrast.
